Years ago, I was a chronic work-a-holic with people pleaser habits...the worst combination ever!  After several years of missing family events and never spending time with friends, I realized my priorities were waaaaaay out of alignment with my desired lifestyle and if I didn't change my negative habits I'd retire worn out and lonely...Nobody wants that!

So, I created a plan for myself that is now the CHLL program and I've made it available to you to identify stress creating decision habits, restore life balance, change overcommitment behavior and avoid being "guilted" into taking on more responsibility than you have time for or want to do.  I made habit changes and now I travel, spend time with friends and I still work, volunteer in the community and have time to read suspense novels.
